JUDGEMENT

(1.) I have heard Mr. P.K.Routray, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. S.S.Pradhan, learned Addl. Government Advocate through hybrid mode.

(2.) This is an application for grant of bail to the appellant-Abhisekh Paswan in connection with Barpali P.S. Case No.145 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.23 of 2019 pending in the Court of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Bargarh registered against the appellant for commission of offence punishable under Ss. 341/323/342 /395/294/354/363/120-B/376/506 of I.P.C. read with Sec. 6 of the POCSO Act and Sec. 3 (1) (x) (s) and 2 (u) (va) of S.C.and S.T. (POA) Act.

(3.) The prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected by order dtd. 28/10/2019 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Bargarh.
