(3.) This is an application under sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Sunabeda P.S. Case No. 209 of 2019 corresponding to T.R. Case No. 52 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge, Koraput for offence punishable under sec. 20(b)(ii)(C) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
