This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Sec. 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of MAT Case No.20 of 2021 filed by the opp. party-husband under Sec. -13 (1) of the Hindu Marriage Act in the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aska, Ganjam to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Malkangiri.
