(2.) This petition has been filed by the Petitioner to transfer C.P No.31 of 2017 from the court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Jharsuguda to the court of Judge, Family Court, Khurda now circuit court functioning at Banpur on the ground of long distance.
