(1.) This application under Sec. 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dtd. 20/6/2022 passed in Criminal Execution Case No.03 of 2022 arising out of Criminal Misc. Case No.33 of 2017 passed by the learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has directed the petitioner to deposit at least 50% of Rs.56,000.00 (Rupees fifty six thousand only) towards maintenance within one month of passing of the order and the case had been directed to be listed on 20/7/2022.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to settlement before the Orissa Women Commissioner, the petitioner has deposited three cheques amounting Rs.3.00 lakhs, but without accepting the same, the opposite party pursuing the case before the learned J.M.F.C. (P), Kujanga.
(3.) Since the validity of the cheques have expired in the meanwhile, to show the bona fide of the petitioner, Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel submits that the petitioner will deposit Rs.50,000.00 (Rupees fifty thousand only) before this Court within a period of three weeks.
