(3.) The Petitioner is in custody since 23/8/2021 in connection with Kutra P.S. Case No.101/2020 corresponding to G.R.Case No.532/2028 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajgangpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sec. 392 of I.P.C. and Ss. 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.
