This writ petition is directed against an order dtd. 7/9/2016 passed by the State Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar (Tribunal) in Original Application No.2445 of 2013 filed by Opposite Party No.3, whereby the Tribunal quashed the promotion of the Petitioner as Block Extension Educator (BEE).
