JUDGEMENT

(1.) IN this writ application, the Petitioner has challenged the letter dated 22.8.2009 issued by the Divisional. Forest Officer, Bonai Division to stop mining operation over the lease -hold area for which the lease was granted to the Petitioner from 2000 to 2020 as, per its renewal application over an area of 175.24 acres or 70.917 hects. in village San -Indupur under Bonai Sub -Division in the district of Sundargarh.
