(1.) This is an appeal against the judgement and order dated 22nd February, 2019..

(2.) The appellant-private respondent was the holder of a Temporary Inter-state Stage Carriage permit between a destination in Odisha and one in West Bengal.

(3.) A temporary stage carriage permit had been granted to the appellant under Section 88(7) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
