JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is the plaintiff in Title Suit No. 107 of 2018 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division) at Bangaon, North 24 - Parganas.

(2.) The petitioner is aggrieved by an order dated November 26, 2019 by which the written statement filed on behalf of the added defendant no. 2 has been accepted. The petitioner/plaintiff filed an objection to such acceptance but the defendant no. 1 did not object to the acceptance of the written statement of the defendant no.2 by filing a proper objection in the court below.

(3.) Thus the opposite party no.1 is not required to be served with a copy of this revisional application. Service of notice of the revisional application upon the opposite party no. 1 is dispensed with.
