JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present application under Sec. 482 of the Code has been filed by the petitioners against order dated 28.03.2019 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur in connection with General Registrar Case No.2132 of 2015 in connection with Farakka Police Station Case No.243 of 2015 dated 04.09.2015.

(2.) It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners were on bail all throughout and only on two occasions, namely, 7.3.2019 and 28.3.2019, they failed to appear before the learned court below for which warrant of arrest was issued against them. It is also submitted by learned advocate for the petitioners that the petitioners are willing to surrender before the learned trial court within a week from this date.

(3.) The petitioners pray for suspension of the process of execution of the warrant of arrest pending against them.
