JUDGEMENT

(1.) This revisional application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant in a suit for declaration of title, permanent injunction and recovery of possession.

(2.) The defendant in the suit has lodged a counter-claim throwing challenge to the validity of the deeds through which the plaintiff is tracing his title.

(3.) The said deeds have been marked exhibits in course of the trial of the suit.
