(2.) By the instant petition, the petitioner is claiming the following main relief -

(3.) Now, reply has been filed by the respondents taking shelter of the case of R.B. Rai Vs. State of Madhya Pradesh and other connected matters pending before Supreme Court in SLP(Civil) No.13954/2016 in which status-quo order was granted by the Supreme Court and, therefore, the respondents/State is helpless for convening a review DPC and as such, nothing can be done by them. The counsel for the State has submitted that due to legal impediment, petitioner's case is not being considered by the review DPC.
