JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an application for restoration of the appeal, which was dismissed for default on 7th December, 2018.

(2.) After perusing the averments made in the instant application and upon hearing the submissions advanced by the respective Counsels, we are satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause in not appearing on the said date, when the matter was taken up and dismissed by this Court.

(3.) The application, being CAN 819 of 2019, is thus allowed.
