The petitioner has challenged a judgment and order dated 08.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 9th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Criminal Motion No. 228 of 2016, thereby affirming the order dated 30.01.2016 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in ACM. No. 156 of 2010 under Section 125 of the Code.

(3.) To seek condonation of a delay of 213 days in preferring this second revision, an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act being CRAN 4960 of 2017 has been filed.
