JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner is serving as an assistant sub- inspector of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) of the Eastern Railway and posted at RPF Security Control Post under Asansol Division.

(2.) In contemplation of initiating a disciplinary proceeding against him he was placed under suspension with immediate effect by an order dated 1st May, 2019 as per Rule 134 (a) and 134 (d) of the Railway Protection Force Rules, 1987. By the same order the petitioner was directed to give his attendance in the office of the Divisional Security Commissioner/RPF/Office/Malda.

(3.) The petitioner is aggrieved by the order of suspension and further directing him to give his attendance in the office of the Divisional Security Commissioner at Malda during the period of suspension.
