JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of Bauria Police Station Case No.34 of 2017 dated 24.2.2017 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the case is pending since 2017 and charge has not been framed as yet.

(2.) The State is represented and raises no objection against the prayer of the petitioner.

(3.) It appears from the copies of the order sheets of the case that several dates were fixed by the learned trial court for consideration of charge and it is pointed out by learned advocate for the petitioner that charge has not been framed as yet.
