JUDGEMENT

(1.) On reading of the writ application and from the submissions made from the Bar on behalf of the petitioner following facts emerge which are follows:

(2.) The petitioner's father was an approved Teacher of a High School. He retired from his service on and from March 31, 1981. Petitioner's father died on Oct. 13, 1981. After the death of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner's mother started getting family pension. After enjoying family pension for nearly 24 years, mother of the petitioner expired on April 08, 2005.

(3.) The petitioner has claimed family pension as she is a widow daughter of the said teacher of the School. The petitioner's husband died on 15.06.2017 i.e. after 12 years from date of death of his mother.
