JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court: This arbitration petition has been made for appointment of sole Arbitrator under section 11, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Ms. Malini Chakravorty, learned Advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and draws attention to letter dated 12th April, 2018, in which her client after having said many things had also requested as follows:
