JUDGEMENT

(1.) This is an appeal by the husband from a judgement and decree of the court below dated 11th January, 2018 annulling his marriage with the appellant on the ground of mental and physical cruelty. The application was filed under Section 27 of the Special Marriage Act.

(2.) The respondent has not put in an appearance. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the respondent has due notice of this appeal.

(3.) The learned judge of the court below has not given any reasons as to why he was holding that the husband had inflicted physical and mental cruelty on his S.D. wife.
