JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard the learned Counsels appearing for the parties.

(2.) This revision is filed praying for direction to the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur to dispose of the application dated 26.04.2018 filed by the defendant no. 11 expeditiously.

(3.) It is seen that the said application was filed on 26.04.2018 before the learned Lower Court and since then the same is pending before the learned Lower Court. So, the speedy disposal of the said application is imperative.
