(1.) Heard learned Advocate appearing for the plaintiff/petitioner.

(2.) This revisional application is filed praying for direction for early disposal of Misc. appeal being No. 26 of 2017.

(3.) It is seen that the opposite party have instituted this appeal on 19.05.2017 challenging the order dated 27.01.2017 passed by the learned 6th Judge, Presidency Small Causes Court at Kolkata in Misc. Case No. 166 of 2016 arising out of ejectment Execution Case No. 1395 of 2014. The present Misc. Appeal is pending before the Court of learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Calcutta. So, speedy disposal is imperative.
