JUDGEMENT

(1.) Sufficient grounds have been made out as to why the applicant was not represented on November 11, 2019 when APO No. 10 of 2019 and GA No. 537 of 2019 were dismissed for default.

(2.) The order dated November 11, 2019 is recalled. The appeal is readmitted and the application is restored to the file.

(3.) The restoration application, GA No. 2593 of 2019, is allowed as above but without any order as to costs.
