(3.) This appeal arises out of a judgment and order dated 18th June, 2019, passed by a learned Single Judge in WP 7480 (W) of 2019 (Apratim Mukherjee vs. State Bank of India & Ors.) and has been preferred by the State Bank of India and some of its officers.
