JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Court : This writ petition is directed against the action of the respondent Authorities in not releasing the vehicle of the petitioner.

(2.) The petitioner claims to be the owner of a Truck bearing No. WB-57A/1077.

(3.) The aforesaid Truck was, according to the petitioner, hired for transportation of Chick food from Kolkata to Siliguri.
