(2.) Having heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties and considering the averments made in this application, we find that sufficient grounds have been made out and adequate explanations have been given for condoning the delay in preferring the appeal.

(3.) Therefore, the delay in preferring the appeal is condoned.
