JUDGEMENT

(1.) The instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the petitioner Sri Kalyan Kumar Senapati and is directed against the order no. 14 dated 13th November, 2006 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track 2nd Court at Sealdah in MAT Suit No. 26 of 2006.

(2.) Having gone through the application in question and also some other materials including the impugned order it could be gathered that the O.P. Smt. Suvrajini Senapati upon filing an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, in the aforesaid Money Suit No. 26 of 2006, obtained an order of maintenance pendente lite to the tune of Rs.5000/- per month and a sum of Rs.10000/- as litigation cost.

(3.) Being aggrieved by and dissatisfied with the impugned order the present petitioner husband has come up before this Court praying for setting aside the said order.
