JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS first appeal is at the instance of the plaintiff in a suit for declaration and injunction and is directed against the judgment and decree dated 28th February, 2001 passed by the learned Judge Eighth Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 1987 of 1993 thereby dismissing the suit.
