JUDGEMENT

(1.) The affidavit of service filed by the learned Advocate for the petitioner in Court today be kept on record.

(2.) Despite service no one appears for the State, no prayer for accommodation has been sought for.

(3.) Accordingly, I direct Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate, who usually appears for the State and is present in court today, to appear in this matter for the State.
