JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavit of service filed in Court today be taken on record. The appeal arises out of an order dated 4th December, 2017 passed by a learned Single Judge in WP 11374 (W) of 2015 (Zubaida Hamid vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

(2.) According to the appellant Rashida Hamid (Ahmed), she is an interventionist, whose application for intervention is still pending before the learned Single Judge.
