PRADEEP KUMAR JHA & ORS Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Today Mrs. Chatterjee, learned Counsel is present on behalf of the State. She is instructed by Mrs. Dolly Singha Roy (S.I., C.I.D.), Government of West Bengal, who is looking after this case. Mrs. Chatterjee on her instruction submits that the accused Pradeep Kumar Jha was charge sheeted under Sections 363/366A/366B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4/5/9 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

(2.) We record this submission and direct the department to communicate this order to the Superintendent, Presidency Correctional Home, Alipore for his information. The factum deposit of fine shall also be communicated by the Trial Court to the Superintendent, Presidency Correctional Home, Kolkata.

(3.) Copies of this order shall also be sent to the Trial Court for necessary steps.
