JUDGEMENT

(1.) Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept on record. The present writ petition has been preferred primarily praying for the following relief:

(2.) Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, I am of the opinion that the matter needs to be decided upon exchange of affidavits.

(3.) Accordingly, the respondents are directed to file their affidavit-in-opposition within a week after the winter vacation. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.
