JUDGEMENT

(1.) It is really unfortunate that a candidate, who was found successful at all tier of examination, has not been selected, as she could not produce the domicile certificate at the time of medical examination.

(2.) A communication dated 18th March 2015 issued by the Deputy Director, Staff Selection Commission (Eastern Region) is the subject matter of challenge in the instant writ petition.

(3.) Admittedly, the petitioner offered her candidature for the post of Constable in Central Armed Police Force in Assam Rifles Examination, 2013 and was otherwise found eligible as she was allowed to sit in the examination. She was informed that she qualified the preliminary examination and has to undergo the Detailed Medical Examination.
