(1.) Petitioner seeks cancellation of her result published on 30th December, 2015 in her review application with regard to linguistic subject code no. (31) in University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET), to thereafter finalize her result in connection with, according to her, erroneous answer key(s) with regard to paper II, questions 23, 49, paper III questions 50, 74, 75 and 31.

Mr. Ghosh Dostidar, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and on earlier occasion referred to notification dated 15th June, 2015 issued by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), to point out therefrom, candidates having grievance with regard to answer key(s) even after declaration of result, may send written request, supporting their stand with proof from standard book/literature along with compliance of other formalities. He submitted, declared result of his client, according to her, has six mistakes. She sought review of all six. CBSE admitted to one mistake regarding paper III, question 75. The others are mistakes as well.
(3.) He referred to question 23 of linguistic paper-II, appearing in page 43 of supplementary affidavit. The question and answer options are reproduced below:-
