JUDGEMENT

(1.) An order in original dated January 24, 2018 is under challenge in the present writ petition.

(2.) The impugned order is appealable.

(3.) Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, notwithstanding the availability of statutory alternative remedy, the petitioner seeks to invoke the writ jurisdiction of the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India against such impugned order.
