JUDGEMENT

(1.) By consent of the parties, this appeal is taken up for hearing and disposed of, dispensing with all formalities.

(2.) By the order dated 28th March, 2018 the Court below dismissed an application under section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, made jointly before it by the parties.

(3.) The reasons for dismissing this application are quite extraordinary and absolutely erroneous. In the impugned order there is reference to the marriage having been registered before the Registrar of Marriage, Faridabad. The validity of this registration was also attempted to be gone into by the Court. The Court has enquired why "joint photographs" of the parties, invitation card etc. were not produced.
