JUDGEMENT

(1.) Let the supplementary affidavit filed today in Court by the learned Advocates for the petitioners be kept on record.

(2.) This writ application is directed against a final order dated February 24, 2016 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench in the original application, read with a subsequent order dated April 16, 2018 passed by the learned Tribunal in connection with a miscellaneous application for clarification of the above final order filed by the petitioners.

(3.) We find that the respondent No.1 was absorbed in the post of Junior Assistant, Grade S-1 by the petitioners-Authorities. The above order of absorption was under challenge at the instance of the respondent No.1 in an application filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, bearing W.P. No.14939(W) of 2002.
