JUDGEMENT

(1.) The Revisionists are aggrieved by an order dated 30/08/2017 passed by the court of the Sessions Judge, A and N Islands, Port Blair refusing to discharge them under section 227 of the Cr. PC, 1973.

(2.) The Revisionists have been accused of abetting the suicide of one Monica, wife of the Accused No. 1 on 10th June 2014. The defacto complainant, is one Kripal Singh, father of the deceased. The Revisionist Accused No. 1, Ajit Kumar is the husband of the deceased and the Revisionist Accused No. 2, Sharda Devi, is the Mother-in-law of the deceased.
