JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition arises out of an order dated November 17, 2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench, in O.A. No. 1236 of 2015.

(3.) According to the petitioner, the service rules call for recommendation of the Transfer and Placement Committee prior to any such transfer but the same was followed in violation of the service rules.
