(3.) The instant revisional application is directed against an order No. 26 dated 22nd June 2017 passed by learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div), 2nd Court, Burdwan in Title Suit No. 294 of 2014 by which an application for acceptance of the written statement filed belatedly was rejected.
