(1.) Let the affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

(2.) The appeal is treated as on day's list and taken up for consideration along with the application for stay.

(3.) The main contention sought to be raised in the present appeal is that the impugned order dated 5th June, 2018, was passed by a learned Single Judge at the instance of the respondent/writ petitioner, Salauddin Gazi, without the appellant herein - who was the private respondent no. 6 in writ proceeding - being served.
