JUDGEMENT

(1.) Leave is granted to the petitioner to correct the cause title and heading of the petition.

(2.) This application under section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is at the instance of the wife/petitioner seeking transfer of Matrimonial Suit No. 224 of 2017 pending before the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge at Barrackpore.

(3.) In support of the prayer for transfer the petitioner has stated in the petition that she is an Officer of Eastern Railway and presently posted at Bandel and in the cause title she has mentioned her residential address at Police Station - Konnagar, District - Hooghly.
