JUDGEMENT

(1.) The impugned judgment and order dated 16th Feb., 2018, passed by a learned Single Judge has been set aside by us in an earlier appeal, being MAT 315 of 2018 with CAN 2367 of 2018 [Rashida Hamid (Ahmed) vs. Zubaida Hamid & Ors.].

(2.) As such, no further order is required to be passed in the present appeal, which stands disposed of along with the application for stay accordingly.
