JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellant and the respondent have reached at compromise between themselves and filed the present application being CAN 7236 of 2018. The application has been signed by the appellant and the respondent as also their respective advocates. Let the appeal be disposed of on the basis of the terms and conditions contained in the paragraph 4 of the application which are set out hereinbelow :-

(2.) In view of the aforesaid, F.A. No. 271 of 2016 is disposed of, on the basis of terms and conditions contained at Paragraph 4 of the application forming the said terms and conditions a part of the decree.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid, CAN 5420 of 2016 is also stand disposed of. Decree be drawn up accordingly in F.A. No. 271 of 2016.
