JUDGEMENT

(1.) The appellants and the respondent have reached at compromise between themselves and filed the present application. The application being CAN 7234 of 2018 has been signed by the appellants and the respondent as also their respective advocates. Let the appeal be disposed of on the basis of the terms and conditions contained in the paragraph 4 of the application which are set out hereinbelow :-

(2.) In view of the aforesaid, F.A. No. 235 of 2016 is disposed of, on the basis of terms and conditions contained at Paragraph No. 4 of the application forming the said terms and conditions a part of the decree.

(3.) In view of the aforesaid, CAN 5421 of 2016 is also stand disposed of.
