JUDGEMENT

(1.) ALTHOUGH, the matter is appearing under the heading 'for order', by consent of the parties, we take up the appeal for hearing.

(2.) THIS is an appeal against the judgment and order dated March 5, 2008 passed by the Hon'ble Single Judge of this Court in W. P. No. 4028 (W) of 2008.

(3.) THE writ petitioner is working as an ad hoc librarian of Dharsa mihirlal Khan Institution, Village-Dharsa, Post Office- G. I. P. Colony, District-Howrah, for ten years.
