JUDGEMENT

(1.) THE petitioners are aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Sessions judge, arjeeling in Criminal Misc. Case No. 419/96 on 15.1.1997.

(2.) THE facts of the case are that the petitioners were released on anticipatory bail. The learned Sessions Court granted one month's time to the petitioners to surrender before the appropriate Court and apply for regular bail.

(3.) LET a plain copy of this order duly countersigned by the Assistant Registrar (Court) be given to the learned Counsel for the petitioners for taking necessary steps in the matter.
