(2.) Dalkolah Municipality is assailing an order dated May 27, 2014 passed by the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, i.e. the respondent no. 3.

(3.) I have heard Mr. Bhattacharyya, the learned Advocate for the petitioner. I have not called on the learned Advocates for the respondents to make any submission.
