JUDGEMENT

(1.) Let the affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the record.

(2.) The reasons for bringing the college within the coverage of the Employees' State Insurance Act has been very elaborately and clearly mentioned in the order impugned.

(3.) The petitioner herein was given an opportunity to produce the records as well as to attend the meetings. The Principal attended the hearing only once, prayed for an adjournment, which was granted and then disappeared. The next date was communicated to him. The Assistant Director had also taken care to mention whether the notice had rightly reached the Principal of the College.
