JUDGEMENT

(1.) Despite service, the respondent no.5 is not represented.

(2.) An affidavit of service filed by the petitioner in Court today is kept on record.

(3.) It appears therefrom that the copy of the writ petition was served on the respondent no.5 on 13th September, 2017. So far as the respondent no.4 is concerned, it is submitted that the track report reveals that the intimation was served on 14th September, 2017 as the said respondent was absent at the time of delivery.
